ld Town Theatres Centre, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (C) 3, corporation formed in 1996 for the sole purpose of rehabilitation and operating the center complexes, which includes the Saenger Theatre and Annex building next door, and the Community Theatre. A volunteer board currently manages the corporation. Specialist consultants are brought in from time to time to supervise and advise on specific projects and events.

Since 1994 OTTC (and its forerunner organizations) have staged to great acclaim the yearly Pine Bluff Film Festival. Now in our 12th year we have presented exciting and unique events. Famous guests of the PBFF have included: Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Geraldine Chaplin, Van Johnson, Fay Wray, Carol Channing, Gloria de Haven, Celeste Holm, Tippi Hedren, Ruth Warrick, Shirley Jones and a host of others. Interviews with these stars and other respected film scholars and panelists were conducted by representatives of the American Film Institute. A full symphony orchestra often played newly commissioned film scores to accompany classic silent films for virtually every festival.

We have also staged ballets, taught dance, rented out our facilities for lectures, recitals, plays, children's performances and classes; OTTC put on a highly successful Cultura Polska Festival, which was attended by the Cultural Attaché from the Republic of Poland - and much more.

At present OTTC also operates The Community Theatre (180 seats and also on National Registry of Historical Places), directly across the street from The Saenger. It is now open and operating for a variety of small functions and helps to advertise and make-aware the importance of the grand Saenger. Each theatre, when fully operational, would compliment the other with a wide variety of on-going productions and events.

Upon the restoration of the Saenger it would once again operate full time as part of the Old Town Theatre Centre complex presenting a wide array of programming to appeal to all elements of the surrounding community.
